A resident from the Logan Square Neighborhood in Chicago 60647 called A Custom Heating and Air Conditioning for a AC replacement, upon arrival and asking questions we found out that the previous HVAC company said they wouldn’t do it and if they did it would cost XX,XXX.00. This is a difficult installation above a bathroom with no floor boards, and metal studding. I can’t believe the City of Chicago allowed it, but they did. As our policy we showed multiple options for every budget. There was 4 of us for the 1st part of the day. We finished and have another happy customer! Were here to serve!
